Big Horn Pediatrics began serving Gillette, WY over 35 years ago in a temporary trailer just down the hill from CCMH.  The husband and wife team of Dr. David Fall & Dr. Julie Fall launched the practice and are still the heart and soul of BHP.  A physician assistant, Mindy Keil has been working for the practice now for over a dozen years.  Nurse practitioners Rachel Helms and Jennifer Rasmuson also have been serving the community by caring for children at the Gillette clinic.

It has always been the goal of BHP to serve Gillette and northeastern Wyoming.  Moving forward we have chosen to expand our scope of practice and geographical coverage to add a satellite clinic in Buffalo offering medical care for the entire family.
