Our mission is to encourage families, serve our community, and provide compassionate, quality healthcare.

Our Story

Big Horn Pediatrics began serving Gillette, WY over 35 years ago in a temporary trailer just down the hill from CCMH. The practice continues today as a privately held, provider owned, medical clinic serving Gillette, WY and surrounding towns in the Northeast Wyoming region. We provide primary care health services for infants, children, adolescents and young adults.

The husband and wife team of, Dr. David Fall & Dr. Julie Fall, launched the practice and continue to practice pediatrics in the Gillette Clinic. Mindy Keil PA-C, has taken the reigns and expanded the business in 2020 to include a clinic in Buffalo, WY, and has transitioned the practices to include a family medicine component to better serve our patients in each community.

Meet The Team

Julie S. Fall M.D. FAAP

David Fall M.D. FAAP

David & Julie earned their medical degrees from Creighton University and did their residency in Kansas City. For over 35 years they have practiced pediatrics in Gillette, WY. Over the years they have been involved in serving the community in many ways; everything from Jaycees, school board, Children's Center board, hospital leadership roles and medical missions.

Mindy Keil PA - C

Mindy graduated from Biola University with a degree in biochemistry and went on to earn her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain College. Mindy enjoys outdoor activities, reading and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

Rachel Helms CPNP

Rachel was born and raised in Sheridan, WY. She earned her Masters of Science in nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Working in pediatrics is her passion, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Brent, and her three children.

Stefanie Garcia PA-C

Stefanie was born in Buffalo, WY and raised in Kaycee, WY, where she currently lives with her husband Roberto, daughter, Hadlie, and son, Juaquin.

She earned a Human Biology degree from Chadron State College in 2005 and went on to receive a Masters Degree through the Physician Assistant program at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT.

Stefanie worked in family practice in Casper for six years, and then transitioned to the Gillette Walk-In Clinic where she provided acute care for the next seven years.

Stefanie is excited to continue working in Gillette and to have the chance to see patients in Buffalo, as she is now providing family practice care at our Gillette and Buffalo clinics.

She enjoys spending time outdoors and on her ranch where she raises Black Angus cattle.
